Viscosity Grade (VG) Bitumen – Detailed Specifications & Applications
Viscosity Grade (VG) bitumen is a high-performance paving binder classified based on its viscosity at specific temperatures. Unlike penetration grades, VG bitumen provides more accurate performance indicators for various climate zones and traffic conditions, making it ideal for modern asphalt applications.
We offer a complete range of VG grades including VG-10, VG-20, VG-30, and VG-40. All grades comply with IS 73, ASTM, and international performance standards, ensuring consistent viscosity, excellent adhesion to aggregates, and strong resistance to deformation, cracking, and moisture damage.
VG bitumen is widely used in:
